Our Role
Sunset & Skyline Travels acts as a travel agency offering curated holiday packages. We work with trusted partners (hotels, resorts, tour operators) to deliver services on your behalf. We do not directly operate airlines or accommodation services.
Package Types
We offer both all-inclusive and room-only holiday packages. All-inclusive may include accommodation, meals, drinks, and activities depending on the supplier. Room-only packages include accommodation only.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed. Final pricing will be outlined in your booking confirmation
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the package and supplier. Details will be provided at the time of booking. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to supplier approval and may include administrative fees.
Changes to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking (e.g., travel dates, number of travellers) but cannot guarantee availability. Any changes may incur additional charges.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for medical emergencies, cancellations, and delays.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travellers have valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documentation. We can offer general guidance but cannot be held responsible for visa or entry issues.
Limitation of Liability
Sunset & Skyline Travels is not liable for loss, injury, or damage incurred during your travel, including cancellations caused by natural disasters, government advisories, or third-party provider failure.
Data Protection
